As the business owner and their team begin implementing strategies, the consultant remains available for hands-on real-time guidance, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing clarifications as needed.

Monitoring & Feedback:

Regularly review progress, adjusting strategies as needed, ensuring the business stays on the fast track to its revenue goal.

Accountability:

Act as a catalyst, ensuring the business owner remains focused, motivated, and on task.

2. The Small Business Owner/Client:

Active Participation:

Engage actively in training sessions, workshops, and strategy meetings. This is a collaborative process, and the client's insights, feedback, and commitment are crucial.

Implementation:

While the consultant provides the roadmap, the onus is on the business owner and their team to execute the strategies in their day-to-day operations.

Open Communication:

Regularly update the consultant on progress, challenges, and any roadblocks faced. This ensures timely interventions and course corrections.

Commitment:
